Critical Incident Management Response and Planning
Business leaders are responsible for meeting their commitment to customers, suppliers and employees, even though things don’t always go well, go as planned, or go at all. A significant reduction in risk to your industry business environment can be achieved through use of disciplined planning and preparation for incontrollable events.

NCMS and subject expert David Cid offer e-learning opportunities in this area here.

SAFE – Security Awareness Fundamentals & Education
The Security Awareness Fundamentals & Education (SAFE) program is a general-knowledge course intended for anyone with an interest in personal and professional safety. It was designed by NCMS Knowledge Solutions in order to address the increasing need for security awareness at home and in the workplace.

NCMS Knowledge Solutions solicited subject matter experts in the fields of workplace violence, crime prevention, personal safety, counter-terrorism, and military special operations to assist in the development of the SAFE course. The course is taught by Larry Porte, a 25-year veteran of the United States Secret Service and a former Detroit police officer.
